🧑‍💻 About Me

I am about to join DiDi as an algorithm engineer, where I would focus on promoting the reasoning capabilities of large language models and developing travel-related intelligent agents. Currently, I am a third-year master in Southeast University, under the supervision of Yi Zhou. Prior to this, I received my bachelor’s degree from ZhengZhou University. My research interests include incremental learning and open-world learning, especially in object detection and image classification.

湘味炒鸡

6只鸡翅根洗净并剁成小块,冷水下锅,加入生姜、料酒焯水3分钟后捞出备用。焯水期间开始准备辅料,青椒滚刀切,大蒜切块,小米辣切段备用。锅中加入底油,一小把冰糖熬出糖色后倒入备好的鸡翅根翻炒均匀。待鸡翅根表面金黄后,加入大蒜、小米辣爆香。待炒至七分熟后开始调味,加入1勺盐+1勺老抽+1勺耗油+2勺生抽,少许鸡精和料酒,继续翻炒使鸡翅根均匀上色。待炒至八到九分熟后,加开水使其恰好没过鸡肉一半,继续焖煮至水干。最后,加入青椒翻炒均匀,待青椒断生后即可出锅装盘。

擂椒皮蛋

准备好3个皮蛋放置于容器中捣碎备用。将适量的大蒜剁成蒜末备用,数量根据个人喜好因人而异。准备好彩虹椒(目的是使最终的菜品美观,更有食欲),将它们切成大小宽度均匀的条带状备用。热锅后直接倒入切好的彩虹椒,干煸至出现虎皮且易被筷子戳破即可呈出备用。最后,将蒜末、彩虹椒倒入已容器中,加入适量盐、生抽后,继续捣碎至彩虹椒与捣碎的皮蛋混合均匀即可出锅装盘。注意,这道菜品在制作过程中无需加水,装盘后最好擦拭下盘边,使菜品更加美观。

扁豆丝炒五花肉

将半斤去皮的五花肉切成厚度均匀的肉片,放入碗中加入1勺盐+1勺老抽+1勺料酒+2勺生抽,抓拌均匀后倒入2勺食用油锁住水分,腌制5分钟。腌制期间开始准备辅料,扁豆和青椒洗净后切成丝,大蒜剁成蒜末,小米辣和生姜切段以及适量豆豉。热锅中无需加油,直接加入青椒丝,煸炒出水分至断生后呈出备用。重新向锅中加入底油,待油热加入蒜末、姜段、小米辣爆香后倒入五花肉后大火翻炒。待五花肉变焦黄并炒出油脂后,加入扁豆丝继续翻炒至断生。最后,加入适量耗油调味,并倒入青椒丝和豆豉后大火继续翻炒后即可出锅装盘。

西红柿炒鸡蛋

准备好3个鸡蛋和2个西红柿。将西红柿洗净后切成小块备用。将鸡蛋在碗中打散后加入1勺盐备用。热锅后倒入适量油,油热后倒入鸡蛋液,待鸡蛋成型后用铲子快速隔断成块状,呈出备用。重新热锅倒入适量油,将切好的西红柿块倒入锅中翻炒,期间不停用锅铲碾碎西红柿块。待西红柿完全呈汤状后,倒入炒好的鸡蛋使其与西红柿混合均匀,加入适量开水、番茄酱、白糖,小火收汁变浓稠后即可出锅装盘。注意,可事先将洗净的西红柿放入开水中1分种后取出,方便去皮。
